Below, we have compiled an overview for your convenience of all the applicable legislations and standards that apply at both national as well as international levels.

EN 1004-1
The norm for rolling towers is EN 1004-1. This norm sets out requirements for rolling towers that are more stringent than the expired norm HD 1004. Altrex rolling and folding towers fulfil EN 1004-1 and are furnished with the necessary strength and stability calculations.
EN 12811
EN 12811 is a European norm that is used to assess the performance requirements, general structure and function of non-mobile scaffolding. The requirement, for example, could be a stability requirement. The aim of this norm is to create a safe workplace.
EN 1004-2
The norm EN 1004-2 sets out which requirements must be fulfilled by assembly and use manuals. Altrex places great importance on the safety of product users. The comprehensive assembly and use manuals for Altrex scaffolding have been laid out in line with EN 1004-2.
TÜV EN 1004
TÜV Nederland is a certification and inspection institution and part of the TÜV Nord Group. Altrex has its scaffolding certified by TÜV in order to make working at height with its products even safer.

EN 1808
EN 1808 is a norm specifically for suspended platforms. It monitors design calculations, stability criteria and construction in general.
CE
With CE marking on all of Altrex's suspended platforms, the company is stating that its suspended platforms fulfil all of the European guidelines that apply to this sector.
FAB (GS)
The standard configurations of the Altrex Modular Suspended Platform system carry CE approval from inspection body Fachausschuss Bau in line with the current European norm EN 1808 and the Machine Directive 98137.
EN 14122
EN 14122 is an important, European safety standard that relates to machine safety and permanent access to machines and industrial buildings.
