• Code of Conduct

    The Altrex Code of Conduct forms the basis for our actions and behavior and is at the core of the sustainability governance. It applies globally to everyone acting on behalf of Altrex – including third-parties and covers areas such as environment, consumer interest and anti-corruption.

    The Code of Conduct provides the framework for our daily operations and includes guidelines for business ethics, human rights and labor standards, environmental and health and safety. Our management is responsible for implementing the Code of Conduct and takes the overall responsibility for identifying and managing existing and emerging risks.

    Who does the Code of Conduct apply to?

    It applies to all our employees and business partners.
    The Code of Conduct does not replace legislation and if the two are in conflict, legislation takes precedence. Altrex respects the laws of the countries in which it operates. If the Code of Conduct sets a higher standard than the existing legislation, the reverse applies.

    The Code of Conduct is based on:

    • United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights
    • United Nations Global Compact
    • ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy
    • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
    • ISO 14001

    Code of Conduct for Business Partners

    The Code of Conduct for Business Partners is specially adapted to the needs and challenges of business partners such as suppliers, consultants, distributors, agents and other representatives. It applies to all partners that provide products or services to Altrex or are engaged for or on behalf of Altrex.
