We are proud to share that Altrex has achieved the EcoVadis Platinum certificate. This is an important milestone within our sustainability strategy and a recognition of the steps we have taken together as an organization. With this score, Altrex belongs to the absolute top of sustainably performing companies worldwide.
EcoVadis is a globally recognized assessment platform that evaluates companies in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The assessment is based on four themes: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Organizations are compared based on these criteria over the past twelve months.
Achieving Platinum status shows that sustainability is deeply embedded in our processes and supply chain, with measurable results. For example, we use more than 70% recycled aluminum in our products, and by switching to a new heating solution, we have almost completely phased out our gas consumption. These are concrete steps that demonstrably reduce our impact.
This recognition is the result of conscious choices in our operations and the commitment of colleagues throughout the organization — from sustainable product development and circular thinking to responsible sourcing and continuous process improvement. Together, we work every day to further improve the sustainability of Altrex.
